About Me

Originally from France, I studied and practise existential psychotherapy in the UK, where I have lived for fifteen years. My experience of making a home in different countries has shaped my perspective on identity, belonging, and change. I now work in private practice and also volunteer with charities, including the Terrence Higgins Trust.

I hold an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling, Existential Pathway, with distinction, from Regent’s University’s School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. This training immersed me in psychoanalytic and humanistic/integrative traditions before I specialised in existential psychotherapy grounded in philosophy, phenomenology, and ethical discourse.

Psychotherapy is my second career. I also hold an MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris and previously held senior management positions in the beauty and fashion industry. That change of direction has given me a direct understanding of transition, uncertainty, and the challenge of rethinking one’s life.

I am part of the LGBTQI+ community, and my pronouns are he/him. I have been married to my husband for nearly twenty years and know something of the complexity of building intimacy with another person without a rule book. I am also the proud father of three children. Parenting has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life.
