Psychotherapy for individuals

50 minutes, 100 GBP. In-person or online.

Psychotherapy allows you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours and how they may be linked to your history to free you from dysfunctional patterns of being.

Psychotherapy for couples

90 minutes, 140 GBP. In-person or online.

Psychotherapy helps couples uncover the roots of their challenges and adopt new ways to relate, resolve conflicts, communicate, and love. I work with all types of couples, including non-traditional relationships.

30 minutes, Free. Online

Other points

I practice psychotherapy in English or French.
I am LGBTQIA+ welcoming, and open to exploring all experiences and issues of identity and differences. 

Profound change requires time and consistency, and I typically see clients weekly for a year or more. I also offer shorter interventions over 12 weeks.
